Callgirl Paula Gireaux (Anne Charrier) and contract killer Michel Angelo (Murilo Benicio) both regret the choices they have made in their lives. Their encounter with a Bolivian boy (Fendi van Brederode) in the aftermath of a bloody shoot-out inspires them to start a new life. But Paula's fate lies in the hands of drug baron Rudi Dancer (Tom Conti). The pair end up paying a heavy price for their freedom and that of the Bolivian boy.
